Rebecca Lilienthal Schnier, AIA, has over 25 years experience as an architect working in Paris, Zurich, New York and most recently, the San Francisco Bay Area. She opened RSA in 1991, with a range of clients located throughout the greater Bay Area: from Oakland and Piedmont to Napa and Palo Alto.
Her projects are frequently exhibited in "Small Firms, Great Projects," sponsored by the American Institute of Architects and the firm's projects have appeared in numerous publications. She currently serves on the board of the Treasure Island Museum and is a former board member of San Francisco Architectural Heritage.
Rebecca has known since high school that her calling was architecture and directed her life towards this goal, obtaining a BA from Dartmouth College and a Masters in Architecture from Columbia University. Her experience includes working for 10 years in New York for Mitchell Giurgola Architects and Geoffrey Beers.
